Insert Glitter

Sometimes a little bit of sparkle goes a long way. Especially when it comes in the form of a clutch bag.

I've always wanted a clear bag filled with the right amount of sparkle and shine. Thankfully, SpecKtacular Art came right on time. When approached by the local company (their based in Northern Virginia) to choose any bag to style from their collection, my eyes immediately were drawn to two items - Clear Vinyl Confetti Filled Envelope Clutch and Clear Vinyl Glitter Envelope Clutch.

Clearly I chose the latter.

When it came to styling, I decided it would be the perfect accessory for this evening, night out look. Literally. Am I tripping or does the floral kimono give off a sleepwear vibe? Since I don't have (faux) leather pants (what the hell am I waiting for?!), I wore the legging version instead. And to complement the glitter, I wore gold metallic heels.

Don't limit the bag to just an night/evening look. It can be worn in the daytime, as well.  And as a cute makeup bag! So it's definitely multifunctional. The bag has the right length and width. The vinyl fabric is not stiff and has a velcro closure. Finally, the bag is well made. Given that the owner holds a degree in fashion design with professional sewing experience, I'm not surprised.

What I like about SpecKtacular Art is their fun hand painted artwork. From bunnies to polka dot bow ties to donuts, their bags will have you smiling for days. It's the perfect conversational piece to own.
