I don't care much for malls. Nope. These days, it's all about online shopping and thrift stores. But if heading to the mall has to happen, I just figure out exactly which stores are where, go to them, and leave. I just don't have the patience to window shop or to stroll around for no reason. It's in-and-out for me.
But for those that do like the experience, one of the better malls within my area (that is, no more than a 25-30 min drive) is Arundel Mills. I like to think that Arundel Mills is wedged between two big cities because, really, it is - DC is 20 miles north while and Baltimore is 10 miles south. Not too shabby. It's actually an outlet shopping center filled with great outlet stores like Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nine West Outlet, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Old Navy Oulet, Lane Bryant Outlet, etc. And that's not all. Arundel Mills also houses Cinemark Egyptian 24 Theatres, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament (where my 25th birthday get-together was held oh so many years ago), and Maryland Live! Casino with plenty of restaurants inside including Cheesecake Factory.
But enough about that. I'm here to show you the latest spring trends that can be found at Arundel Mills:
BLACK AND WHITE
My extreme love for this color combination (recent look here) is not going to go away anytime soon. Not when it's being used in other ways like cut-out detailing, stripes on handbags, and mixed with floral or bold primary colors like blue and green.
