Summary: Hosted by Naja and Nife, Pop-Up Beauty Lounge is an event that is the creation of Square Root Group and Red Sprinkle. The showroom was transformed into a live fashion and beauty lounge featuring models in their holiday looks and celebrity hair stylist Adrin "Seven" Washington of Seven and Company Hair studios offering holiday hair consultations. Since I was one of the 50 guests to RSVP, I received a gift bag filled with products like IMAN Cosmetics (lipstick and lip liner), African Pride hair care, Kiehl's skin care and so much more. What I forgot to do was raid the candy stash that was set up on one of the tables. Bummer.
A portion of the proceeds went to benefit Red Sprinkle Fashion Camp which encourages entrepreneurship in creative careers among young women in the DC metropolitan area.
