Event: Work Your Wardrobe

Summary: I went to support Chyanne of The Yuppie Lady, at her event - Work Your Wardrobe to benefit Dress for Success. Dress for Success is an organization that promotes "...the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life." Along with the very cute and sophisticated boutique, Urban Chic, she threw an event that encouraged attendees to bring gently used professional attire to donate to Dress for Success. We were treated to champagne (four glasses for me...yep.), delicious small bites and 20% off purchase at Urban Chic Georgetown location. I had blast! I'm so happy for Chyanne because this was a success due to the INSANE amount of donations she received not only at the event but from her family, friends, co-workers, etc!
