YouTube Love

I am an internet fiend. From entertainment websites to NBA websites to blogs and what not (let's not forget e-shopping!), I love me some Wide World Web. But what keeps me up at the wee hours of the night? Wikipedia (yes, Wikipedia) and YouTube. Click on the wrong video and I find myself watching vid upon vid for more than 5hrs. "How the freak did that happen?" I don't know but it sure was fun!



My main obsession at the moment is searching for talented people doing covers of popular songs. For now, I subscribe to two duos: Karmin and VanJess24.

VanJess24 are Nigerian-American sisters, Ivana and Jessica, from California. They sorta rose to "fame" when Perez Hilton put their cover of Bad Romance, Lady Gaga on his blog a couple years ago. There was a point in my life when I was an avid reader of the pink-haired man's website. Sue me. Ever since then, I became a fan of theirs. Here are my favorite covers:

I recently discovered Karmin about one month ago through Tumblr. Karmin is a male and female duo that met at college. Their cover of Look At Me Now, Chris Brown ft. Busta Rhymes & Lil' Wayne put their name out there.
